Shirlene's academic and professional journey is marked by excellence. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Indiana University Northwest, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in business and marketing. Her leadership skills are further underscored by her induction into the IUN Chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success- an Alpha Sigma Phi Sorority and her receipt of the IU Bicentennial Medal. She has also served on the IUAA Executive Council and has advanced and Executive Leadership certifications.
